Daily Schedule Form

This is a form that can be used by the Lead Carpenter or site Superintendent to help him/her plan out the details of the job for the next few weeks. It allows for specific goals for the next day as well as more general goals for 1-2 weeks out.

Field Change Order Form

This form can be used by the Lead Carpenter to document change requests from the client or changes generated by unforeseen conditions. It usually is printed on duplicate sheets so they can keep one in the field and send one to office for pricing.

Job Log Form

Daily job logs are a roll over from commercial work where disputes cost thousands of dollars. This form is used to document information that may come into dispute later. This help settle disputes before they become law suits.

Planning Checklist

Before every job the Lead Carpenter should sit down for an extended periods of time to review all the job site documents. This form helps make sure that all the important areas are covered and helps keep them on track.

Pre-Construction Meeting Form

This form is used by the Lead Carpenter during the planning time to note all the items that he/she will need on the job the day it starts. This helps them think through all the possibilities and make arrangements for them to be delivered before the day of job start.

Pre-Construction Checklist

This form is used at the Preconstruction Meeting to ensure that the meeting covers all the important information and serves as agenda to keep the meeting on track.

Site Assessment Form

Before every job the site should be checked for existing conditions. This will help the Lead Carpenter get a better handle on the scope of work but can also eliminate disputes with clients about what was scratched or dented and by whom.
